Lake Shore Cryotronics has announced the market launch of the much-anticipated 8600 Series Vibrating Sample Magnetometer on 31 October 2016.
The product launch coincided with the company’s appearance at the Magnetism and Magnetic Materials (MMM) conference held in New Orleans – USA.
The actual release of the 8600 Series VSM will occur in Q2 2017.

The 8600 Series launch culminates nearly 4 years work of Lake Shore to create an entirely new VSM with performance and usability surpassing that of the benchmark PMC MicroMag™ 2900 Series/3900 Series systems, which will no longer be available for order after 30 November 2016.
